How does BodyTalk Access work?
The first two techniques balance the brain, so that the brain is switched on and communicating properly with the rest of the body. The next two techniques balance the metabolic processes of the body and the entire immune system, helping the body be more resilient to stress and external forces, such as germs and viruses.
The final technique helps to balance posture and the physical structure of the body, improving range-of-motion, flexibility and overall coordination of the muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Fast Aid
BodyTalk Access also includes a ‘Fast Aid’ technique that helps the body recover from shock and all sorts of accidents and injuries.
All the Access techniques will also help your BodyTalk sessions to work on a deeper level.
Early bird Discount - 27th August
This one-day seminar is £100 but participants who register and pay before Friday 27th August will receive a £20 early bird discount.
